Daycare Diva

On Monday, John and I put Gabriella in daycare. She is going to a Kids R Kids that is located across the street from our subdivision. She had some good times and some bad time these first few days. Her teachers insist that she is warming up more and more each day!

It's Snowing...It's Snowing!!!!!!

On Friday, December 4th, it started snowing in Houston. Not just a little bit...but ALOT. It started around 9am and didn't stop till around 5pm. We went outside a few times before it really started coming down and sticking to the ground. Gabriella loved the snow..once she realized what it was.

Gabreilla's turns ONE!!!!!!

Gabriella turned the big ONE on October 29th, 2009. We celebrated her birthday with close family and friends on October 24th. The funny thing, she was actually due on October 24th.

Gabriella's Grandpa Rendon took these awesome pics. She was only cooperative for about 15 min but we got some great shots. It is really nice to have a photographer in the family!!!

She is WALKING!!!!!!!

On my birthday, August 30th, Gabriella started walking. It was so cute!!!! She just turned 10months old!

For a while, Gabriella needed something in her hand to walk well. I think she felt more balance that way.

Astros!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On August 8th, 2009, we took Gabriella to her first Astros game. We had so much fun. She lasted 6 innings, much longer than I thought she would. Grandma Rendon and Aunt Kat came with us!

Summer time baby!!!!

These past summer months had been a blast!!!! We spent alot of time outside. We aslo visited Grandma Margie at her home with her new pool.

Gabby loves loves...did I say LOVES taking rides in the wagon. Grandpa Rendon got this for her Baptism gift. We are glad that we had it.

Gabby loved the pool at Grandma's house. We are sure glad we had some entertainment when we visited the farm.

Gabriella Elise's Baptism

Gabriella Elise got Baptised on Sun, Jun 7th. Her godmother is my sister Jennifer and her Godfather is John's best friend Nathan Hewett. We were very blessed to have our close friends and family to help celebrate this great day with us!!

1ST Mother's Day!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I would have to say that my first mother's day was FANTASTIC!!! I had worked the night before, so when I got home we headed into town where we had breakfast at one of our favorite places. We then had a low key afternoon at home just relaxing with the family! John and Gabby gave me some attachments for my kitchen aid mixer...so excited to use them! All in all, it was perfect!

Cereal time..

Gabby has been eating cereal/solids for about 3 wks now. She loves both the rice and oatmeal cereals. She also loves peas, carrots and peaches. She is not to crazy about bananas (like her daddy) but eats them. Now that she has more in her belly when going to bed at night, we are enjoying the fact that she is going to bed at 8:30 on the dot and not waking up till around 7am (yea!!!!).
